If melanoma is suspected, a biopsy or excision should be done within two weeks of the initial general practitioner consult, and results should be provided to the patient within one week of the biopsy.

• optimal timeframes within which tests or procedures should be completed
• checklists with indicators related to recommendations in the optimal care pathway
Users can navigate between the Quick Reference Guide and the relevant Cancer types by selecting the icon at the top of the screen:
Select the star icon to the right of every OCP entry to populate your My Favourites list. This creates a bespoke quick view of the sections of the OCPS and QRGs that you want to reference easily.
