Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for Lynch syndrome should be performed on all cases of endometrial cancer. Non-endometroid cancers may benefit from other IHC testing and should be discussed at an MDM (if not already done). Any patient with abnormal IHC suggesting Lynch syndrome should be referred to a familial cancer service for discussions about germline testing.
